What methods of shipping are available for my order?

Our standard method of shipping is via USPS First Class Mail, this is to keep shipping costs to a minimum. We have been shipping through the postal service for over a year now and have had great success. 100's of our customers have been extremely satisfied with the quickness of First Class. Since First Class does not offer delivery confirmation, we can not guarantee delivery of the order. Once the postage is applied to the package the USPS is responsible for the package.

We are capable of shipping via USPS with delivery confirmation, any extra shipping charges must be paid before the order is shipped. We do not make profit on shipping, the customer is paying exactly what we pay.

We can also ship 3rd day, 2nd day or next day via UPS. All extra charges must be paid before the order is shipped.

How can I get my order shipped with delivery confirmation?

Before you place your order you must contact us via email with your address, item you are going to order, and method of shipping you would like. As soon as we find out shipping costs we will send a paypal money request to your email address. Once we receive payment for the order and shipping your order will be mailed.

How long will it take to get my order?

If orders are received by 2:30 PM on a weekday(M-F), your order will generally go out same day. First Class mail generally takes anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location. If you need your order quicker than First Class can deliver, follow the directions above and order with a different method.

Can I return my studs if I ordered the wrong ones?

Yes, mail them back to the return address on the envelope. You will not be refunded shipping costs. Your return is subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you have any questions about your order at all please email us before you place your order.
